Delhi, the national capital of India is the third largest city of India which is surrounded by Uttar Pradesh in the east and Haryana in north, south and east. This historical and cultural land is a Union territory thus it doesn’t belong to any state.
Delhi is a union territory and is administered by a Lieutenant governor; unlike other states where they have a separate govt. and CM being the head of the govt. We have to feel proud to know that Delhi is one of the largest metropolis and one of the biggest agglomerated areas in the world.
